  • We request you book your flight at least 2 hours in advance. Please feel free to call us for any last minute request as we try to accommodate everyone.

  • We request you arrive 15-20 minutes early for your booked tour.

  • We request that if you need to cancel, you do it 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • We will reschedule you at your convenience at no additional charge.

  • If we exceed your reserved flight time, if time permits we can add additional time and you would be able to pay the balance when we get back on the ground.
